Although we make reasonable efforts to safeguard personal information once we receive it, we cannot warrant the security of information we receive. We will only reveal the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Illegal Use Policy:
Customers may only use our services for lawful purposes.
Illegal activity includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized distribution or copying copyrighted software, violation of US export or copyright restrictions, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, and other illegal activities. Any violations will constitute possible termination of services.

Billing Policies:
1) Canceling / Suspending
We provide only the services agreed upon, and reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to any portion or all of our services, when we deem that the account has been used in violation of any of our policies. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or access to our service to anyone for any or no reason.
2) Billing
For new accounts the first month of service is due in advance. Users will be billed prior to renewal time. All cancellations must be done by _clicking here_ . Unless it is for a policy violation, the service will (in most cases) continue until the end of the billing period.
3) Refund Policy
For new users, we offer a 15 day refund policy. All refunds must be initiated, within 15 days of signing up for new service, by _clicking here_ . Your service will be canceled immediately!
Any payment for our service is non-refundable if we terminate an account due to policy violation. There will be no refund!
